Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promoter

Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Dale Farm Ltd., its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.

Internet access is required. Purchase necessary. Retain promotional pack.

One entry per day per person. Max one prize per person can be won. Entries will be validated via the last four digits of the barcode given upon entry, date purchased and uploaded promotional pack image.

Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Entries will be void if they:

  • do not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
  • are incomplete, invalid, misdirected or illegible; or
  • are considered by Sukie to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the Promotion.

Promotional period

The Promotional Period will run from 00:00 on 07/10/2024 until 23:59 on 05/01/2025. There will be daily prize draws across the Promotional Period. Winners will be drawn after the completion of each week of the promotion (Monday - Sunday). Entries outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

How to enter

To enter the daily prize draws, purchase any promotional Sukie 500ml bottle product and visit www.winwithsukie.com during the Promotional Period to enter your first name, surname, email address, last four digits of the barcode, date purchased and upload image of the promotional pack purchased on the entry form. Each valid entry will be entered into the corresponding daily prize draw.

Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at Dale Farm Ltd. discretion.

The Promotion is available on all of the below promotional bottles of Sukie 500ml (subject to availability and whilst stocks last):

  • Dale Farm Sukie Apple & Blackcurrant 500ml
  • Dale Farm Sukie Orange 500ml
  • Dale Farm Sukie Summer Fruits 500ml

Prizes

There are 91 prizes in total available to be won throughout the Promotional Period.

Daily Prizes

91 x daily prizes in total available to be won from 07/10/2024 –05/01/2025. Daily winners will be randomly selected by an automated computer process on the Monday after each promotional week (Monday - Sunday). One winner will be picked for each day of the promotional week; this will happen over the 13 weeks of the promotional period. Should there be no entries on a particular day the prize will roll over to the next day. A winner will be redrawn if they have previously won a daily prize or the entry is invalid.

Daily prizes of £50 to be transferred via PayPal or BACS via UK bank account.

The prizes are not negotiable and are non-transferable.

Winner selection

All eligible entries will be entered into the corresponding daily prize draw.

Winner notification

All winners will be contacted by email, via the email address provided on entry, within 7 days of each draw date. All winners have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize, supply proof of ID, and their chosen payment method with corresponding payment details for prize fulfilment. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Winners will be sent a follow-up email after 7 days of first contact if no response has been received.

If a winner cannot be contacted, rejects their prize, does not claim their prize within 14 days of the date of the first notification email or are ineligible, Dale Farm Ltd. reserves the right to select another winner using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice for daily prize draw winners after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including junk folders.

Prize delivery

The cash prize will be fulfilled to their chosen preferred payment method of either BACS or PayPal upon accepting the prize and providing their valid payment details, subject to validation of the details uploaded.

Prize delivery will be made to the winners chosen BACS or PayPal account within 28 days of accepting the prize and providing their details. Should the winner not have received the prize within this timeframe please email sukie@promotionhandling.com

Winners are responsible for providing correct UK bank account or PayPal details at the point of claiming their Prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong account.

We will try our best to get your prizes to you as quickly as possible and will endeavour to communicate any delays to you. If a winner does not follow the Prize claim instructions at the time of win, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the Prize to the Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the promotional period.

Verification

Dale Farm Ltd. reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, packaging and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the winner must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of the Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

General

The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting sukie@promotionhandling.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing sukie@promotionhandling.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and acceptance of their prize. Dale Farm Ltd. cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Dale Farm Ltd’s control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Dale Farm Ltd may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Dale Farm Ltd’s reasonable control and which prevents Dale Farm Ltd from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Dale Farm Ltd will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Whilst nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit Dale Farm Ltd’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Dale Farm and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Dale Farm Ltd’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Dale Farm Ltd has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Dale Farm Ltd will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by Northern Ireland law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.

Data protection

Dale Farm Ltd will only use your personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. All personal data will be deleted 3 months after the Closing Date. You acknowledge that Dale Farm Ltd may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Your personal data will at all times be kept confidential and processed in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation and Dale Farm Ltd’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://dalefarm.com/privacy-policy
